Everyone knows that Halloween is about treats. Yes, the boundaries between worlds become permeable on this day, so she was able to switch dimensions and secure a bag of treats to her liking.
Back again, she filled a bowl with them, took a seat in her comfortable chair, and, while enjoying her spoils, watched the action on the other side through a dimensional window.
The costumed people seemed quite agitated. They were joined by others in uniform from vehicles with flashing blue lights.
She tasted something disgusting and spat out a small finger. Gross! What parents paint their toddlers’ nails?
